Why my bulk task doesn't run?

The delay could be caused by cancelled jobs. We have an algorithm to wait a couple of minutes for master instance to query all the jobs running servers for cancelling. It will make sure your edit job is fully cancelled to proceed. The process could be up to 15 minutes.

How the free trial period calculate?

You will have a 7-day free trial after your first installation. According to Shopify, you can install and uninstall multiple times during the free trial period. When the free trial ends, the billing cycle will start.

If I uninstall the app, will all the changes I made be deleted and go back to what it was?

You can safely uninstall the app and previous changes will stay.

Will this app allow me to mass update my product handles?

Yes, our app can bulk edit product handles.

 

How to add tags?

Usually, we recommend to add the tag one by one, hence 1 task for each tag.

However, you could add all the tags in one shot, if the products do not have any of the tags that you would like to add. If this is the case, then you could input all the tags and separated by a comma. (Please refer to the screenshot below).

 

Why removing products from a collection doesn't work?

If you asked the App to remove the products from trending collection, but after that, all the products went back to the collection again. Then it could be that the collection is a “smart collection”. It grabs the products automatically if they meet the collection condition.

You could verify it in your Shopify admin >> Products >> Collection tab, then see if the “Trending” collection has “Automatically select products based on conditions”. If so, then it is a smart collection. If you could share the screenshot of this collection, we can help you verify it.
