Reason 1: Deactivated Coupons
Please double check if the coupon is active in the App.
If it is deactivated, by clicking the “Activate” button on your right-hand side, the coupon will start working again.
Reason 2: Geo Targeting
In the screenshot below, both of the coupons are targeted the US only. If you are outside of the US, the coupon won’t show.
Reason 3: Device Targeting
If the coupons are targeted the mobile or desktop only, you will only see it on targeted devices.
The "Exit Coupon" is only working on the desktop computer.
Reason 4: Cookie
The reason it doesn’t show at your end is the cookie.
The coupon popup will remember the browser and only show one time to your visitors including yourself. If you would like to check the popup, we recommend clearing the cache and cookie (especially cookie) or using the Chrome Incognito window to double check.
