I offer free shipping for all orders and all products, can I achieve this with free shipping bar?

Yes. If you would like to offer free shipping to all orders, then it means any order with value greater than 0 is qualified for free shipping. You can achieve it by setting the "Free Shipping Goal" to 0.

After that, as shown in the screenshot below, there are only 2 messages in the preview section. 1st one is the "initial message", and the 2nd one is the "goal achieved message". In this case, the customers will see the 1st message when their shopping carts are empty, and will see the 2nd one after adding items to the shopping cart.

The "Goal Achieved Message" could be anything as long as it is not blank. We recommend to either use the same text as the 1st message or say something like "Congratulations! You've got free shipping".
